The same report claim that Liverpool and Manchester City have made enquiries over the player, but are yet to submit an official offer to Fluminense.
The club has however received an offer of €7 million (£6m) from Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk, which has been rejected.
Isaque signed a new contract with Fluminense back in February with his current deal running until 2029.
He was a key player for the club’s U17 team, who won both the Copa do Brasil and the U17 championships last season.
He also scored six goals and provided four assists as he helping to win the U17 Brazil Cup.
Speaking about transfers this week, Liverpool boss Arne Slot said that the club would be open to bridging more players in if the right opportunity arises between now and the end of the window.
Slot
I’ve always said that having two for each position is ideal but I prefer less than more because then you have to disappoint so many players every time and they’re not even in the squad, let alone playing,”
“As always, if we think we can improve in a certain position and there’s a player available who can really make us better – which you could see with Giovanni Leoni – then this club has always shown that they can bring these players in,
“But only if things are right – the right transfer fee, the right player, the right position, and a player who wants to come to us.”
