Alisson Becker's wife has sent an emotional message after an "unforgettable" moment took place at Liverpool's Anfield Stadium.

Natalia Becker took to social media this weekend in a series of posts on her Instagram Storiescommending LFC fans for their emotional tribute to the late Diogo Jota and his brother Andre Silva.

Jota, 28, was travelling with his brother, Silva, 25, in the Zamora region of Sanabria, Spain when they were killed in a car crash on Thursday, July 3.

The brothers funeral took place July 5, at Matriz de Gondomar church in their hometown, just 7km east of Porto.

The Reds paid tribute to the footballers ahead of their Premier League opener at home to Bournemouth yesterday, September 15.

The mum-of-three first shared a of LFC's official matchday programme, which featured a photo of the late Jota and the dates "Diogo Jota 1996-2025" and "Andre Silva 2000-2025".

She then shared two photos of the thousands of fans, holding scarves, banners and flags in tribute to the late brothers with the caption "What a place to belong! LFC being LFC.

"Thank you all." But today, August 16, she again commended the crowd and shared an emotional video of the moment LFC supporters sang You'll Never Walk Alone before the gameofficially started.

In her post, Natalia said: "YNWA is something special. Always.

"It's a statement. Thousands sing together - a song of unity, hope, faith and love.

"Yesterday was unforgettable. We all needed this moment (heart emoji)."

Alison Becker and wife Natalia have been married since 2015. Natalia regularly uses her account to show support for her husband.

The Reds started their Premier League title-defence with a 4-2 win at Anfield yesterday.

At the game, supporters also unveiled a mosaic tribute to both Jota and Silva ahead of kick-off and the former Liverpool striker's popular chant was sung throughout at Anfield.

Both LFC players Ektike and Gakpo dedicated their goals to their former team-mate by performing a 20 gesture, as a nod to Jota’s now-retired squad number. Salah, meanwhile, recreated Jota's baby shark goal celebration.

Jota's family were present at Anfield for the win over Bournemouth.
