Jurgen Klopp has reacted to Everton being deducted 10 points for breaching the Premier League's profit and sustainability rules.
The Blues were penalised by an independent panel last week after being found guilty of one Premier League charge, though they intend to appeal the decision.
Their punishment prompted fresh scrutiny on Man City, with Pep Guardiola's side currently facing 115 charges
Klopp was asked what his immediate response was to Everton's 10-point deduction.
Klopp admitted he didn't know much about the situation beyond the fact that the Reds' local-rivals intend to appeal the 10-point deduction they were issued.
Klopp
"I'm absolutely not in the subject to be honest,"
"Did I know that there was a...? No, I don't think I knew it.
"I just heard about it, the 10 points. There was a lot of discussion. I heard they will appeal it. That's it. Everybody would do that probably but that's all I can say about it."
